What do you make of the postponement of the Paralympic Games?

“It’s completely the right decision, it’s very difficult to take as an athlete but the safety of athletes, fans, staff and volunteers all have to be taken into consideration. Sport is my life but right now there are bigger things than sport and the decision to postpone the Games is the correct one.”

Will you continue to prepare for the Paralympics in 2021 with Team GB? If so, why?

“Yes, 100% it gives us another year to prepare and be ready. The extra year will help as we will be all be even more excited to make Tokyo 2021 the best Paralympics ever.”

If you continue to prepare for the Paralympics with Team GB, what do you aim to achieve in Tokyo?

“For us, it has to be to make the final. We are current European and World champions; the rest of the world want to take our crown so it will be a real test for us, but this team loves a challenge.”
