Canada: Senior Women’s National Team camp set for Toronto | The five-day camp will take place at the National Training Centre

Wheelchair Basketball Canada announced that 15 athletes will participate in Team Canada’s Senior Women’s National Team camp at WBC’s National Training Centre from Sept. 20-25, 2022.

The five-day camp will feature a roster of Senior and Next Gen athletes and Red Aces participating in a mix of off-court activities and on-court practices and games.

The camp will serve as preparation for a series of friendlies against the Dutch in the Netherlands in November.

“This camp will provide our athletes and coaches an opportunity to work together on player development,” said Jeff Dunbrack, Wheelchair Basketball Canada High Performance Director. “The five days will also help us evaluate talent for future competitions.”
