Wheelchair Basketball Canada announced that 11 athletes will participate in a camp and series of games from May 17-20 in Colorado Springs, Colo.here. The Senior Women’s National Team will play six friendly international games against Australia and the United States in preparation for the upcoming IWBF World Championships (June 9-20). “The five-day camp will allow our athletes to build team chemistry on and off the court as we prepare for the World Championships,” said Jeff Dunbrack, Wheelchair Basketball Canada High Performance Director. “The six friendly games will assist our athletes with the needed reps in preparation for Dubai.” Team Canada’s game schedule: Thursday, May 18 USA vs Canada 4 p.m. ET Australia vs Canada 9 p.m. ET Friday, May 19 Canada vs Australia 4 p.m. ET USA vs Canada 9 p.m. ET Saturday, May 20 Canada vs USA 11 a.m. ET Australia vs Canada 9 p.m. ET All games will be live streamed on FacebookPress release & photo: Wheelchair Basketball Canada
